Designed in collaboration with my friend Tallulah Fontaine, this piece was created as a memento of the year 2020.
*Please note the necklaces are sold individually
A year marked by distance, separating us from the people and places we love.
This postcard pendant is double sided. On one side, a galloping rider; on the other a postcard inscribed with “Thinkin’ ‘Bout You!” and a wild Alberta rose - an homage to our prairie home.
This pendant represents some of the things we are missing the most. It is a piece that can be worn as a set of 2, each person wearing a rider sprinting towards one another and the day we are united with our loved ones.
This piece is also a letter sent home from the road, written for the days ahead when we can visit our favourite places and discover new ones once again.
Each pendant comes with a cardstock postcard illustrated by Tallulah, showing the reunited riders and with room to write and mail your own note on the reverse side.
Handcrafted in solid sterling silver with oxidized details and measuring approx. 20mm length x 15mm width, each pendant comes on an 18” sterling silver curb chain.
If you wish to purchase 2 necklaces and have one sent to a friend, please write their shipping address in the comment section of your order. One pendant will be shipped to you at the shipping address provided, and one to the secondary address written in the comment section free of charge.
